Product Description

Stord proximity sensors for forklift trucks are high - performance products. The detection distance is 2mm. They can meet the needs of various industrial automation and detection applications, and are widely applied in the fields of industrial automation and mechanical equipment.

 

When the forklift starts, a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated inside the sensor. When a metal object (such as metal parts of the forklift) approaches the magnetic field, an induced eddy current is produced on the surface of the metal. The eddy current field reacts against the sensor's magnetic field, causing changes in the oscillation amplitude of the oscillator circuit. After detecting the change, the circuit outputs a signal to inform the system of the proximity of the metal object.

 

High detection accuracy, fast response speed, and strong anti-interference capability, it can adapt to the harsh working environment of forklifts such as vibration and oil contamination, and is commonly used to detect the position of metal parts of forklifts, such as forks and masts.
